Magnum Lift's Hydraulic Jacks Warranty

Magnum Lift Systems warrants its product against operational failures caused by defective materials or workmanship, which occur during normal use for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase. Magnum Lift Systems will repair or replace free of charge any part of the product that their inspection shows to be defective. (Core charges may be applied and refunded on certain components).

Magnum Lift Systems shall not be liable for loss to the vehicle or apparatus or property, loss of time, manufacturing costs, labor, materials, loss of profit, consequential damages, direct or indirect, because of defective products, whether due to rights arising under the contract of sale or independently thereof and whether or not such a claim is based on contract, tort or warranty. We will not be liable for transportation to and from a service center, onsite calls, to or from the customer, damage from road hazards, loss of salaries, commissions, lodging, towing charges, bus fares, car rentals, fuel expense, telephone charges, inconvenience compensation while repairing or replacing a defective part or material.

Magnum Lift Systems is not responsible for replacing footpads, bolts, loose or bent brackets or fluids lost as a result of failure to maintain the system, Example: loose/missing footpads, loose mounting brackets/hardware from not re-torquing after initial use, etc. Damages caused by abuse, misuse, negligence, misapplication, error of operation, accidental or purposeful damages or faulty installation, including but not limited to hoses, fittings and wiring components.

Written permission for any warranty claim must first be obtained from Magnum Lift Systems. All returns must be accompanied with a complete written explanation of claimed defects and circumstances of failure.

The express warranty is the sole warranty of Magnum Lift Systems. There are no warranties which extend beyond the Warranty of Magnum Lift Systems. The sale of products of Magnum Lift Systems under any other warranty or guarantee expressed or implied are not allowed.

Proof of purchase is required before any warranty claim will be processed.

Warranty Conditions

  1. The original purchaser still owns the Magnum Lift System. The warranty is not transferable to subsequent owners of the system.
  2. If a defect is discovered within the warranty period:
  3. We will not be liable for service or labor charges incurred in removing or replacing a product.
  4. Prior to any work being performed on the MAGNUM LIFT, the customer(owner), dealer or service center must call MAGNUM LIFT to obtain an authorization to do the warranty work.
  5. Failure to call and obtain authorization will result in the customer(owner), dealer or service center being responsible for all charges incurred.

Magnum Lift's Electric Bolt On Kits Warranty

Magnum Lift Systems will repair or replace free of charge any part of the product that their inspection shows to be defective. The warranty will not cover the 12-volt motor that has been overloaded due to improper installation. (Core charges may be applied and refunded on certain components).
